Mr. Srinivasan Iyer
Founder & CEO

A former financial analyst, with a number of banks and equity brokers under his belt, Srinivasan Iyer has been in the cream of affairs in the Financial Market from the last 20 years. He extended his run in the financial sector working in one of the Top 4 banks on important projects in Australia.
A strong believer of Technology, Srini started venturing into the blockchain sector and soon realized that it’s the next big thing that has hit the market. He fully immersed himself in the industry after he read an article on how to buy and store Bitcoin hit his Inbox. He soon realized the lack of knowledge in the blockchain industry and decided to venture into the field of education to educate all the enthusiasts like him.
Srini has now founded DLT School, a unique college towards Blockchain for domestic and international students. The RTO plans to spread its wings around Australia and assist students with Blockchain and other Fintech courses. Not surprisingly, his plan has incited a number of like-minded people throughout the country. Srini is confident that his program is poised for a major impact as more and more people are beginning to make this as their career.

Mrs. Sonika Agarwal
Mentor

Over the past 14 years, Sonika has worn multiple hats of an educator, vocational trainer, consultant and a member of quality assurance committee in numerous medical and other skill developing educational institutes. She has been associated with WHO, ISSA- USA and EREPS-Europe.

Sonika did her management program from IIM-L and M.Sc. in Medicine Physiology. She always leans toward innovative technologies which improve efficiency of healthcare information and strongly believes in the futuristic technology of blockchain. She visualizes the high potential of this blockchain technology which motivated her to step into the education of blockchain in various sectors, which she thinks will be the need of every individual and business.

Sonika has a competitive nature and ability to solve the complex problems in challenging environment. She is a deep thinker, dreamer and an open minded person who always looks to streamline process for faster solutions. Her research work has been published in various national and international indexed journals. She has contributed to design and development of content in the multiple fields of blockchain and healthcare vocational skill development.

Mr. Sukanta Bakshi

Sukanta Bakshi is nothing less than our Celebrity Trainer. An esteemed and prominent figure in the education field, Sukanta has worn various hats ranging from a Teacher, Professor, Mentor or an administrator of an education institution. Sukanta loves to accumulate knowledge and pursue to upgrade his skills. He has done his PhD thesis on Blockchain technology from the School of Accounting, Business, IS and Supply chain. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA-UK), Public Accountant- Australia (MIPA), Cost accountant of India, with years of experience and proven performance record in distinguished manufacturing companies, city councils and has comprehensive exposure in Business, Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Finance, Corporate strategy innovation and technology. He has extensive experience in teaching in the VET sector in Australia. Sukanta believes that the Block chain industry has a once in a generation chance to remake the financial landscape and the wider world. He says that educating people in Block chain will contribute to great product skills and excellent operators in future, creating the right values to build with integrity for the real needs and desires of users. He believes in providing direction in your life and discover how to turn your dreams, skills and passion in to a life you love.
